Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, all jewelry are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at espoirjewelryofficial@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund if the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
