At Espoir Jewelry, every order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our studio.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
- Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Delays
While we do our best to meet our delivery estimates, shipping times may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Espoir Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at espoirjewelryofficial@gmail.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
